Indonesia's Journal vs International Journal

As it appears in my post title this time, I will give the difference and similarities I can get when reading a journal in Indonesian with international journals that are in English. not to judge which one is better or superior, here I will only explain the differences and similarities of the two following journals.
international journal: Teaching Speaking Skills in English Language using Classroom
Activities in Secondary School Level in Eldoret Municipality, Kenya. (Benter Oseno Gudu, 2015)
Indonesia's journal: Bentuk Tugas dan Evaluasi Empat Keterampilan Berbahasa Pada Bahasa Indonesia Untuk Penutur Asing (BIPA). (Defina, 2017)

Indonesia's journal has two abstract; written in English and in Indonesia
International journal has Result and Recommendation
