Now let's look at the journal I read for my last post. in the journal (Technology In Teaching Speaking Skill, by: Maryam Bahadorfar and Reza Omidvar) there are several points, namely:
Title
Technology In Teaching Speaking Skill
Abstract
We can find that the writer describes the importance of having the expertise in speaking, then the writer outlines the advantages of using technology to teach speaking skills in the classrooms. The writer describes his explanation of what readers will get in the journal in the fifth sentence. Then the writer mentions the supporting tools of learning the skills of speaking with technology. And in the last sentence, the writer writes down the purpose of the journal.
Introduction
Teachers have the responsibility to prepare as many students as possible to speak English in the real world outside the classroom. Though important, over the years, teaching talk has been undervalued and English teachers continue to teach talk only as a rehearsal of exercises or memorize the dialogue. In the early stages, teachers used tape recorders as technological devices to teach students, which later evolved as a communication laboratory. The integration of technology into language teaching that began in the early 1960s and 1970s, helps teachers to teach the language learner how to speak the best way possible. Every day the teachers gain access to some new technologies, which join the teaching of English. Because conventional teaching methods such as lime and talk methods seem outdated, modern technology can be used as a supplement to classroom teaching methods to have a lively atmosphere in the classroom. This is the need of the hour to integrate modern technology to improve the level of English teaching. Modern technology soothes the minds of students to get into the subject with full engagement rather than a difficult task to perform. New technology in language learning with multiple intelligences and mixed ability to replace
with old teaching methods.
Theory
Technology gives students the opportunity to engage in self-directed actions, opportunities for fast-paced interaction, privacy, and a secure environment where mistakes get corrected and special feedback is provided. Machine feedback offers additional value because of its ability to track errors and connect students immediately to exercises that focus on specific errors. Studies appear that show the importance of qualitative feedback in software. When links are provided to find explanations, additional help, and references, the value of technology is growing.
The modern technologies available in education today are:
Communication laboratories
Software is available to develop speaking skills. The use of headphones in the lab makes students have an interest in the subject and encourages them to repeat again and again instead of feeling bored.
Speech recognition software
This device recognizes the accuracy of what it reads and then gives positive reinforcement such as "You sound great!" Or give the user a chance to try again, in this way the learner can tell whether he is reading well or not. As user skills increase, technology reads less material so that learners read more. The software also evaluates and scores grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, and comes with the correct form, for example a student mispronounces a word, a learning tool can instantly find it and help fix it. These devices can help improve their speaking skills.
Internet
The Internet is a term commonly known and widely used by people all over the world. Students now use the Internet in the classroom to learn English. Online teaching in the classroom seems interesting and makes the students to find material that suits them. Students are instructed to do the grammatical exercises that are available online. Through the internet we can collect data from various sources for any instruction.
TELL (Language Learning Improvement Technology)
TELL is the use of computer technology including hardware, software, and the internet to improve language teaching and learning. It enables students to gain access with all the technology available for improving English learning. Students are allowed to use online dictionaries, chats, and to view events around the world.
Pod casting
Podcasting allows students to use their technology-based entertainment system for educational purposes. Podcasts allow students and teachers to share information with anyone at any time. An absent student can download podcasts from recorded lessons and can access missed lectures. They can also access lectures of experts who may not be available due to geographic distance and other reasons.
Quick Link Pen
Quick Link Pen allows learners to copy and save printed text, Internet links. It helps to transfer data to the computer and allows the reader to get the word meaning from the built dictionary. Accessing this type of machine seems to be a more convenient method. Recent developments in machine translation present translation engines such as GO Translator and Bablefish.
Quicktionary
This is a pen-like tool. This allows the reader to easily scan the word and get its definitions and translations on its own LCD screen. Technologies such as Enounce and Sound-Editor allow learners to adjust the level of talk of listening material to aid their understanding, and present the spectrum of speech waves and visual depictions of mouth and tongue movements to facilitate learning and improve pronunciation.
Conclusions and Recommendations
Using technology in learning a second language has become a real need nowadays.
This paper has briefly reviewed how technology can be utilized in developing the speaking skills of learners. Various methods for using technology to improve speaking skills are discussed thoroughly. As a result, the following closing statements and recommendations may be recorded:

Using technology in learning a second language has become a real need nowadays.
This paper has briefly reviewed how technology can be utilized in developing the speaking skills of learners. Various methods for using technology to improve speaking skills are discussed thoroughly. As a result, the following closing statements and recommendations may be recorded:
- Since technology has developed the incorporation of this medium into the process of instruction becomes necessary.
- Computers are seen more as an integral part of learning activities, and as a means by which skills are transferred to learners.
- Theories and practices in learning a second language can be matched together by the use of modern technology.
- Modern technical means should be followed for effective learning and speaking of speech skills.
- English teachers should encourage their students to use technology in developing their speaking skills.
- Educational institutions should modernize their technical teaching skills using new equipment and laboratories to support the teaching process.
- Modern technological tools are much more interesting and provide fun and enjoyable learning, motivate students, and help them to improve their language learning in useful ways; in addition, these tools help students learn at their own pace and promote autonomy in inside.
